The Springs was purpose built in 1998 The Guest Wing with four elegant rooms is at the rear of the house ensuring a private quiet stay Each Guest Room enjoys identical size and facilities with ensuite bathrooms and a door to a private terrace giving access to the garden The Breakfast Menu includes The Spring s signature dishes such as French Toast Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes or Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs with Fresh Dill The Guest Lounge with its decor of rich Autumn tones and a wood fire for cooler months invites guests in to relax and enjoy conversation or restful quiet times Please note that The Springs is closed July and August each year
